Loose weight by cutting down on what you eat. Don't just cut out food, simply reduce the portion sizes. Make sure what you eat contains plenty of protein, vitamins and minerals.

Stay full longer by choosing good carbohydrates such as brown rice, oats seed loaves and whole wheat pasta. Avoid eating french fries as it promotes health issues such as diabetes. Make sure your food intake consists mostly of oily fish, avocados, walnuts and olive oil.

Fish is good for your health. Oily fish such as salmon and sardines are high in omega 3 fatty acids that are known to protect the brain, eyes, the heart and is also known to ease depression.

While eating healthier is important to EXERCISE! Simply walking 30 to 40 minutes a day is an excellent start!

  1. Look and feel young by fighting off diseases of aging through eating fruits and vegetables rich in antioxidants.  Antioxidant ingredients have anti-aging properties.  Try to get a minimum of four portions of fruits and vegetables daily.
  2. Increase your fruit servings each day by slicing fresh fruit and place into a small container for snacks throughout the day. Treat yourself to fruits after every meal.
  3. Keep it ripe, fruits and vegetables in their whole form promises maximum flavor, while at the same time keeping the vitamins and antioxidants.
  4. Vegetables contain vital enhancing properties and keep your mind and memory sharp.  Vegans are less likely to die prematurely than meat eaters.  You do not have to be a vegetarian but try to serve meals with one to two leafy green vegetables and citrus fruits on the side.
